Github invalid token format

Not sure if these are somehow related?:

Why is github not showing any files?

I created a project and saved it. I clicked on github icon and created a repository. I don’t see how to add any files and commit them though. I’m in blocks mode. The github button just brings back the create repository window. In github, the repos are empty.
