Github token warning

I’ve been getting this warning for the last few days. Is there something that I need to do in order to keep having access to my git repo?

On February 13th, 2020 at 00:34 (UTC) your personal access token (MakeCode Arcade) was used as part of a query parameter to access an endpoint through the GitHub API:

Please use the Authorization HTTP header instead, as using the access_token query parameter is deprecated and will be removed July 1st, 2020.

That should be fixed in beta, just hasn’t made it’s way to the live site yet - there was just a minor change in how tokens need to be passed to work with github. @peli do you think we need to do a patch to the live site with the fix for this?

Getting the notifications doesn’t bother me. Just so long as a patch goes out by that July deadline, I’m good to go. I just wanted to make sure someone knew about it and that it wasn’t just me.

It is annoying indeed, but the patch will be there on time.
