Help with project recovery

Hi, I’m trying to recover my MakeCode Arcade project called “something cool.”

I was signed into my Microsoft account, and I had been working on the project for years.

I switched the project from Blocks to JavaScript so I could connect it to GitHub. During the GitHub setup, something went wrong. The GitHub repository (CodeNameSpirit/something-cool) was created, but it only contains a .gitignore file.

Now, whenever I try to open “something cool”, it spins for a few seconds and then says “Sorry, we could not load this project.”

I’m still using the same device and browser (Brave on a Samsung Galaxy A15), and I have not cleared my browser data. Is there any way to recover or repair the project?

to open it, maybe try to first select the “view all” option? That has worked for me.

try going back in version history, maybe you be able to find the saved version in when it was still in blocks
