I have a question about extensions and Licenses

ok so what license file do extensions need because all my extensions in here I need help with this don’t have a license file do I put

if I want like credit its mine and it is mine but anybody can use them and what’s the csae if there is no license file because I thought that would be fine but I found info that kinda says no boady can use them if no file
