My idea is an infinite dungeon crawler where your aim is to go as far as possible but enemies scale in damage and health. I can make a bunch of art for the different encounters and enemies. @Octodemon what do you think? I’m open to other ideas so feel free

Okay here is a rough draft I managed to make.
I have added one test enemy, the option to switch weapons, and a few basic animations
The Controls are
B - to jump
A - to use your selected weapon
Right and Left Arrow Keys to move
Up Arrow Key to switch weapons

This is amazing well done! I really like the weapon changing UI and the cool zoom opening (completely forgot about that extension). I did some minor tweaks to the code for example you can use this:

And I simplified the animation code with the Character Animation extension so you didn’t need all those variables

Nice! I was only able to work on it for 2 hours so I didn’t have that much time to optimize it.
