Is N4 still a supported hardware for MakeCode Arcade?
It does not appear on MakeCode editor when I tried to download an example for my nRF52840 Feather Express.

How do I upload games for my fresh setup of nRF52840 Feather Express arcade?

They are disabled by default. Go to About -> Experiments -> Experimental Hardware and you’ll get N3 and N4.
