Microsoft MakeCode

Minecraft crashing after 2 mins of Make Code running

Hello

I have 2 x Lenovo U330 Touch laptops running Windows 10 Bedrock 1.16.201

Both have been recently wiped and patched, and have had Minecraft Bedrock reinstalled.

Under the direction of a gaming tutor we managed to get my boys up and running with Make Code via ‘Code Generator’ and have managed to run a small bit of code.

However on both laptops after about 2 mins with the Make Code integrated, the Minecraft bedrock client crashes.

@tunnel_rat Hey, we just heard back on the issue that might be causing this – have you been using the on player move block? It sounds like that is the cause of a crash in bedrock when used from code connection. If you weren’t using that block, could you share one of the projects that is resulting in a crash so we can see if we can reproduce the issue?

On ‘ player walk place’ is what we are using?

Any thoughts please?

PLEASE HELP :frowning:

The minecraft team found an issue in bedrock edition causing crashes like this and has a fix in a pending release; more info linked from
