Ok, I don’t know if anybody has done this, but I managed to create the flickering from the NES.

This this it’s based on sprites, not the tiles that make up the sprites itself.

Why would you want flickering?

The scrolling one is a good asset, may I use it?

Sure, you can! I’m currently making some projects about the NES limitations that anyone could use as an extension. Also, I saw in the chatting area
I did this because I don’t think anyone did this before. Plus, it will be good for NES style games with some fake limitations so will look like it is an actual NES game
(You can this by the way)
This looks cool!! One issue is that when you press B to make it night, the flickering is still blue. And the parallax is great too!

I forgot the word use in my reply lol.
Oh yeah, forgot to mention the NES palette is from Super Mario Maker 2 (SMM2) and not the original version. I decided to choose this one since its brighter and has more variety.
UPDATE: I recently made a NES palette! This time, using only 32 colors (if you change it mid game)
The palettes:
1st one:

2nd one:

Also, you can have 16 colors using the pxt.json trick.
Example: https://arcade.makecode.com/S26912-67521-18231-61071
One tip: since the 16th colour is transparent, you can use one of the shades of blue for the sky.
