NEW NES Style Palette (and ShaderGlass)

The title basically says it all. A new palette that gives you vibes of the madecode arcade and the NES palette.

Here it is:

(Another one but upscaled)

(Third one but with the palette alone)

pixil-frame-0 (16)

I also added some dithering since there isn’t another way to have more colors, and to be honest, it looks great especially when it’s blurred out or it’s using a VHS filter.

I’m not going to talk about how the 3-color rule works because it explains it in the drawing so don’t ask me (I will talk about ShaderGlass later or in another topic cause I’m tired and sick and I will make some mockups.)

What do you guys think?

WOW these mockups are BEAUTIFUL!! :star_struck:
One note is if you want to use this in Makecode, their color pallete is actually 15 rather than 16, as one color is dedicated to transparency.
I especially enjoy the extra warm tones like dark red and orange, they’re very useful for getting that warm, cozy, retro feeling! :slightly_smiling_face:
