The title basically says it all. A new palette that gives you vibes of the madecode arcade and the NES palette.

I also added some dithering since there isn’t another way to have more colors, and to be honest, it looks great especially when it’s blurred out or it’s using a VHS filter.
I’m not going to talk about how the 3-color rule works because it explains it in the drawing so don’t ask me (I will talk about ShaderGlass later or in another topic cause I’m tired and sick and I will make some mockups.)

WOW these mockups are BEAUTIFUL!! 
One note is if you want to use this in Makecode, their color pallete is actually 15 rather than 16, as one color is dedicated to transparency.
I especially enjoy the extra warm tones like dark red and orange, they’re very useful for getting that warm, cozy, retro feeling!

There is actually a way to have 16 colors, using the pxt.json trick!
