Honestly, this place has been pretty relaxed lately so, I think I’ll stay here on the forum for sometime! Since I am, I might as well do something so…

(Note: Please tell me if your game is possible before you submit it. I don’t want to spend 30 minutes of my day on an impossible game.)
How about my Arcane Dungeons game! I’ll be totally happy with any constructive criticism you may have about it. I will warn you though, the game is on the longer side, and it can be difficult. (I’ve beaten it though.)
This project is in the middle. The negative & positive aspects balance each other out but there are more things I would work on than I think are fine. The combat is innovative but It’s100% RNG. The spells you get are completely random and I lost at Level 3 TWICE because I got low level spells against high level enemies. Its just a game about walking into enemies and hoping the system picks good spells, and if you don’t: boo hoo. You lose a life. I also think a way to see the amount of EXP you need until you level up is needed for a game like this. The visuals also need a little bit of tweaking.
Other than that. The idea is unique. I think this is pretty decent for something almost 2 years old. The game has lots of potential that it hasn’t tapped into just yet.
Feedback: Personally, I wouldn’t classify this as a game. I’d say it’s more of a STORY. Nothing you do matters. In the First one, you could at least unlock different endings by picking different dialogue options. In this one you just…Watch everything unfold. You only get to pick something ONCE and it doesn’t even matter because There is only ONE RIGHT ANSWER, and the game will FORCE YOU TO PICK IT. I know this is supposed to be a detective game and there’s only one criminal, but in most of the games of this genre, you at the minimum DO SOMETHING in game. This could really benefit from more interactable things and slowing down the pace. I think the idea is cool and you did pretty well with the first one, but this one needs some improvement.
Feedback: I honestly don’t have much problems with this. I kinda like it actually. It’s a basic maze game with an intresting gimmick. I like the challenge you get while playing this. My only issue is the fact that you have to restart if you make it to your destination in time for some levels, but i’ll let it slide since it’s a rage game. All you really need to do is polish this. I’m kinda looking forward to you finishing this!
@ChimbroDaPro Again, I still like the game, but from a critics point of view, there are some things you need to work on. If this were a story this would be an instant 10/10 but, you said this was a detective game so, I compared it to those.
Im not going over the games IN THE ORDER they were submitted. Some games (like Zombies of God) are on the longer side. I’ll be reviewing games in the order I have TIME FOR.
Also, if possible: PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING GITHUB LINKS. My personal Computer is destroyed so I have to use my school issued one. And GITHUB IS BLOCKED on it. Then, id have to use my phone and I wont get the full experience of your game.
Feedback: It’s…something…It’s just a short bare bones 3D puzzle game. The graphics aren’t the best and could benefit from some better thought out puzzles and gameplay. But, It was your first game so i’ll cut it some slack.
Feedback: A pretty neat survival game with a REALLY good art style. I think this game is pretty good for the most part but there are somethings I would work on. 1. Find a way to reduce the lag. This REALLY messed me up on the like, 5 Runs I’ve done on this game. I think the amount of animated sprites and extra things are the main cause. 2. The DIFFICULTY. Even easy mode is EXTREMELY difficult. I can’t really survive for long because there are like, 50 enemies on my tail at ALL TIMES. Most of which are STRONG. 3. The learning curve. As soon as you set the difficulty and play you’re just throw right into the fire with NO TUTORIAL WHATSOEVER. You could at least make a simple introduction to the mechanics.
