Problem when choosing to Retry games in Kiosk mode

We are experiencing an issue when choosing to retry the games in kiosk mode. They look like they are going to load but the screen stays black. The only way we have found to play the games is to close the tab and re-open the URL.
We had hoped to run the kiosk on an arcade machine (via a windows tablet) but this glitch is preventing this from being a practical solution.
Can anyone suggest a fix or what we can do to work out why its failing to load?

Did this just start happening today? We just released an update, and this could be a sign of a bug.

If it was happening yesterday, then please retry. The bug might be fixed!

Hi, Thanks for the quick response. No it’s been doing it since we started trying (a few weeks ago) and is still doing it now, so unfortunately the new update has had no effect.

We will look into it.

Would you try opening the kiosk in a private (or incognito) window and see if it happens there, as well?

Hi, Yes it happens in incognito window as well. no game will load on retry.

Good to know. Could you try this link? It’s a fix we’re releasing on Friday.

The stable site, just states the game is “loading…”, but it never does. Is there a minimum spec, or any settings we need to adjust on the window tablet?

I’m not sure if this helps diagnose the issue, but if we choose Main Menu then we can play a different game , but if you choose to play or replay any game that has been played before, we just get the blank black screen upon the 2nd load of the game.
I’ve tried it on an Amazon tablet connected to a keyboard and get the same issue…
