I lost an important song I made because I hadn’t been using my account. I don’t expect there to be any way of getting it back, but for the mods; Could it be possible for you guys to somehow retrieve it? It’s not under any account so I assume the answer is no, but I want to be sure.

We only store the projects outside your device in two cases: when you press share and create a share link, and when you are logged in and the project is stored in that way.
When you say you lost the song, do you mean the project itself was lost? If the project is still there but the song is gone, please check the version history.

OH NO!! this has happened to me too with a song, it sucks! Hope you can get it back.

Last idea is if you by any chance downloaded the file for hardware at any point? The .uf2 can be dragged back into the editor in that case and load in the source project.
Other than that, if the browser settings deleted local storage, changed browser / computers, or something along those lines, not something we’re able to access. I know schools / etc will often aggressively clear localstorage at times, which is part of why we implemented cloud sync in the first place. Not sure what else we’d be able to do
