For those questioning: Y2K was a fear that computers would loop back to 1900 instead of going to 2000 on New Year’s 2000. Computers showed it as 12/31/99, not 12/31/1999.

From whatI can tell the first one has the «» around the zero. Mesning it is only for text and not for numbers. You just need to change that and it should work. Just copy that part of the code that worked over to that one.
