Liquid. Unless you get chunky ketchup (which probably doesn’t even exist), it’s just a very, very thick liquid. It can be molded into any shape, so it isn’t a solid, but it’s particles move too slowly to be considered a gas.

(Truly though, good job for being a vegetarian. Tofu is cheaper, way better for the environment, and actually really tasty if you cook it right! Sadly I love meat too much to be vegetarian.)
