he ported a Pico-8 game, so unless you do the same, I doubt you can create something similar.
You did mention Raycast, however. Raycasting came around February so I think it is advanced enough to create a racing game.
The game itself doesn’t sound too difficult to implement. There was a Makecode Kart project somewhere in the forums that did a car thing with raycasting.
