Seabird Watching Simulator | My new best game yet?

Welcome to Seabird Watching Simulator, my sequel to Bird Watching Simulator!

In this game, you can explore a series of rocky islands with your trusty camera and see 15 different seabirds!

What's different about this bird watching game!

This game has far simpler code, so some of the glitches that appeared in the first game shouldn’t be in this one! This game also has achievements you can get, all with varying difficulties! Additionally, this game gives you the option to select birds in the sightings menu and view information about them! (You can do the same with the achievements if you want to see how to get them.)

Very nice! Just a suggestion, I wish the game would tell me what type of bird the bird I took a picture of is in the moment, instead of having to go back to the menu. Like a splash/notification saying “you caught (bird type)!”

Hey, y’all! I’ve decided to add some more birds to this game, so be on the lookout for some new additions over the coming weeks! (I just added Northern Gannet, Brant, and updated Long-tailed Duck plumage.)

I will post a full update on all the new birds once I’m done adding them in!

Alright, I’ve added the first batch of birds in. I may or may not add more later, but for now, I’ve added 5 new birds. I’ve also made a few small changes to some of the birds already in the game.

New Birds:
  1. Common Eider
  2. Least Tern
  3. Northern Gannet
  4. Brant
  5. Sooty Shearwater

Enjoy, and happy birding!

This game is so good! Maybe there can be different terrains where you can find birds (like this one was for seabirds, there could be a jungle terrain, or a woodlands terrain)

This game is specifically for seabirds, but if you want to see other birds you can play one of my other bird games!

How does the AI for the birds work?

Wow, thanks everyone! My first Good Topic.

Every few seconds, every bird has a 25% chance to either take off or land. The birds will automatically land when they touch water or grass as long as their individual data is set to landing, not flying.

This function controls the majority of the birds’ AI.
