Well im really the one who decides who gets buffed or nerfed. Unless the Buff or Nerf is complained about alot like the -69 Incident.

Character Speed: Medium
Character Image:
A: Fires regular bullet, which looks like this:
A+Run: Fires Ulator in direction that he’s running, looks like this:
A+Midar: Shoots a circle of regular bullets.
B: Creates circle of Ulators that block attacks (lasts for 3 seconds)
B+Run: Teleports to the direction he’s running.
B+Up: Fires Ulator that follows opponent for 3 seconds. (does little damage)

Developer Note: Evade’s Teleport (B+ L/R) is one of the most Unique Attacks I made!..But It was also so annoying to implement…I scrapped 3 different Attack Decisions. And It took all last night PLUS this afternoon for me to make the attack .
