Probably never—I almost finished but quit because the editor was too laggy with all the code…

This game looks so good! If you get around 6 levels in, there is a level that is so laggy that I can’t jump

Yeah, it gets SUPER laggy on some devices. If you are playing on low power mode on any device then turn that off. That will fix the lag. If not, sorry.

yeah it did lag

aw man thats ok

but mine lag around level 3, 4ish.

In the future I am going to use the “settings” extension so that I can use the “reset game” every level so that it won’t get laggy after running for a while. I tried this with my portal games and that seemed to eliminate the problem. So next time I make a game like this the lag will be much less of a problem. I am likely not going to continue on this game.

oh  okay thats quiet unforunate.

Well if you do continue the game you should put it on github as i think it might work more smoothly

I’m not going to continue this game but I’m currently making a game with very similar gameplay and more of an empathies on platforming. I’m going to use the settings extension to stop lag after continued gameplay. Here’s a sneak peek:

Does anybody notice the 4 in the corner?? Why?

Hi Smi–I mean @blockay36. I see you followed me here. Welcome to makecode! I accidentally forgot to turn off the console overlay from the Sprite Utility exstention. So there is indeed a four in the corner of my screenshot.

Hey y’all! For people who liked this game even though it’s unfinished, I made a very similar game titled Conquest Of Duat It’s a lot more polished and is complete, play it if you liked the idea I had with this one.

I like the connection between both of the games!
