The website design is copyrighted because I designed it, therefore I have the copyrights for the design. The actual name “Unique-A-Thon” isn’t a copyright, but I did intend on trademarking the name here in America. That never happened but maybe at some point.

Trademarks, yes, but any artistic work is copyrightable for free. It’s just a licence, just like you can put a CC or MIT licence on your code, you can also put them on something like your website. This applies to copyright too
