Wait, what if somebody changed their username and then someone else stole that persons past username and then they wanted it back

if someone stole their name deliberately to try and impersonate them, then they get banned (this has happened before). if it’s just a really common name, or the account wasn’t used much in the first place, then we probably won’t do anything.
