Unrealistic list:
1: A toy airplane that can actually fly.
2: A shrink/growth ray.
3:A tub of mint chip ice cream (To keep me cool of course)
4:A spoon.
5:A 16 pack of batteries. (For the plane)

Realistic list:
1: A really good water filter. (You know those small ones that are like a water bottle?)
2:An extremely durable stand up paddleboard.
3:A pump to inflate the stand up paddleboard
4:A paddle that can turn into a kayak paddle. (I don’t want to standing the whole time)
5:Screw your rules! A waterproof backpack filled with cookies, a fully charged nintendo switch with the legend of zelda tears of the kingdom game card in it, a fully charged smartphone that came out in 2023, a solar powered charger which is also a fan, a box of granola bars and a water gun.

My deserted island is only half a kilometer away from land by the way.
