"your game had a conflict!"

I spent at least SIX HOURS on a game and i log into another device to play it, it says “…had a conflict!” and now it resets ALL OF MY PROGRESS!!! Now i have to start again! the cloud doesnt even work… THIS IS MY 3rd TIME!!!:face_with_bags_under_eyes: :sob: :sob: :sob: :sob: :sob: :sob: :sob:

u might be closing the tab before it fully saves the game

you should always save copies with the download button for a uf2 file

all i have to say is just make png backups to the hard drive every time you make decent progress

losing all your progress is basically a canon event for all makecoders :sob: :sob: :sob:

Even if i SPAM THAT BUTTON, it just ignores it and RESTARTS THE PROGRESS

try check connection , sometime it use cloud , and if still , try close 1 of 2 microsoft makecode arcade tab , if still , try contact to authorities

Honestly… here’s a suggestion that’s worked for me for a while. Share the game through a link every once in a while (make sure it doesn’t change if something happens while you’re working on it), then, if it breaks or crashes out, you go to the tab and click “Edit Code”. Even if the tab is closed, just go to history. I you will lose progress, for sure, but it saves you at least a bit of time.
