and, no, the project isn’t logged in anywhere else and no changes are ever made, its been happening for like a month now everytime I boot it up.

now im not 100% sure but its because you edited it some where else or opened to fast and went it it again but i think

This … just happens sometimes. For the most part you can just ignore it, however if it is too much of a nuisance I recommend downloading a file copy of the project then dragging it into the editor. For me at least, It tends to stop Makecode from lagging and making infinite copies.
But yeah don’t worry about it much it happens a LOT

either its 2 devices using the project or your computer cant handle the project and duplicates it
