I lost 4 stars because of this? It’s not as hard as u think.
Alr, I tried to follow da feedback and I built a level that hopefully get me over the average of 2.8/10 stars.
@PixelDoodle your thoughts?
You ask for my honest opinion: you get my honest opinion.

Feedback: The gameplay isn’t all that horrible but I swear, every time you run out ideas for a level, You make a high speed spam part, like this:
LIKE, COME ON MAN, THIS IS IN ALL OF YOUR LEVELS! THINK OF SOMETHING DIFFERENT!
AND THE COIN IS EVEN BLOCKED OFF!! I CHECKED THE EDITOR AND THERE WAS A WALL!!!
This level even brings your average DOWN!!!
New Average: 2.7/10
Not by alot but still, Just try and remove spam out of the picture Completely! It’s repetitive and Annoying!
Alr, I’ll try to reduce spam in my next level.
oh that’s what they’re called
for some reason, I always called them bullets.
@Taser I think the soultion at this point is not to make new levels constantly, but to improve the old ones…
Wow, give this guy a break- He is doing his best :'0
I like how everyone’s enjoying this graph even though it took me a total of 20 seconds to make it
New Level
Eh, doesn’t matter what they’re called. “Bullets” sounds better anyway.
looking at this tilemap now, I should fix some stuff.
I’ll state it again.
He asked for my honest opinion: He gets my honest opinion.
Ill admit though. I was kinda harsh.
Oh yeah! Point taken
You can never improve without criticism. If everyone is lying and praising your game when there’s clearly room for improvment, well, you’ll take that as a sign your game is perfect and keep making more like it, not improving. Through criticism (no matter how harsh it may be), you learn new things and basically one-up yourself until you start recieving positive feedback.
I think this is a great lesson not just in makecode or gamedev, but also as an introduction to the real world. You’re going to make stuff in the real world. You’ll think it’s the best thing ever. Then you’re going to get brutally reality-checked by a person with a different perspective and you’ll bite the dust hard. What I’m trying to say is that you need to learn to deal with criticism, because it doesn’t come nicely wrapped and decorated in the real world, but rather cold and brutal. Works are scrutinised and mistakes are sanctioned. You can’t do anything about that, you must learn to deal with it, get back on your feet and be better. Improve. Adapt. Overcome.
Yeah this got way too real for a second there but that’s just my 2 cents-
HOLLOW

Feedback: This level has a lot of Missed potential. I really liked the concept of the beginning and thought I would get a break from the randomness. Then 5 seconds later My hopes were shattered. This level contains Invisible walls, Unclear shifts, and Repetitive Gameplay. But, at least there wasn’t any face paced spam.
New Average: 2.6
My god.
You’re right!!! REVELATION

face paced spam.
[/quote]Fast-paced spam is what I meant to say. I honestly need typing classes.
That’s what I thought he was going to do when he asked for the criticism.
