I was trying to add my make code game as a repo in GitHub and for some reason it does not show any of the important files that a game would normally show. Is there something missing that I possibly done?

at the bottom of the makecode project, there should be a green button with the github icon on it I think. Press that then a green “push” button. It should load it to github. (push is makecode → github, pull is github → makecode)
