I am making a farming game and I need help with minions

I am working on a farming game based on the horticulture the stream did a couple years ago and I want to add gnomes that you can have walk around and help with tasks I already have art but I need help coding them.
I want 1 that can water plants, and 1 that can pick plants but I am open to other ideas.
