For the past few months I’ve been having trouble getting new tutorial GitHub repositories made by MakeCode Arcade to work as intended. There seems to be something wrong with how they’re being set up. I’ve made tutorials that work if i copy/paste them into the tutorial tool and use a direct link, and they work if I create a new MD file in an old, functioning tutorial repository, but if I try to set up a new GitHub repository for the tutorial using the button in MakeCode Arcade, it invariably fails. I think GitHub made some changes to their practises a while back. Could this be the reason?
Update: This issue seems to have been fixed. Setting up new GitHub repositories with tutorial MD files seems to work just fine as of August 2024. It may have been an issue on my side that resolved itself somehow, for all I know, but at least now my new repositories work fine. The old ones that were made while I had the issue still don’t work, but if I copy/paste the old MD code from these repositories into a new MD file in a new repository, it works as intended.
