Unfortunately the best way is to make backups of your code…

Hey, sorry you ran into this issue! Two questions to start with

  • Did you happen to be signed in via https://arcade.makecode.com/identity/sign-in when creating the project?
  • Have you ever used any of the features relating to exporting the project (created a shared version, downloaded to a device via the download button, created a png of it, etc)
