Jitto: Ludum Dare 53 Entry

Hi all,

I entered a game made in Makecode Arcade into the recent Ludum Dare 53 game jam. The theme of the game jam was ‘Delivery’ and my entry took cues from the 1983 Game & Watch title ‘Super Mario Bros’.

Having reviewed a number of other entries in the game jam I was surprised not to see more Makecode projects. Seems like an ideal platform for short format competitions where you have just 48/72 hours to create a game from scratch! Especially for single developers.

P.S. I was very interested to see the recent news about the VS Code extension for Makecode Arcade. Great idea!

My game came 1007th out of 2,309 submitted games (top 44%). So ‘mid-table respectability’ as we say in the UK (to use a soccer analogy) :slight_smile:
