when I try to login to makecode (arcade, microbit) using my work/school account I get a black screen with a couple of characters on like below.
Browsing data has been cleared.
I am using Edge web browser.
Any ideas??

(Me fighting the urge to say “don’t use Edge!”) It could be a problem with your school account (like maybe it’s a blocked website?) Does this only happen when you’re logged in? If you reload, does it show up correctly, just not logged in? If so, try making a non-school account if you can and see if that works (to test the website blocked theory). Oh, and of course, try it on a different brows- I mean device, a different device like a phone might work.

I have just tried on a mobile (android) using chrome and edge browsers. Same problem. Same in incognito mode.
Page refreshes simply reload the black page.
It works with my personal Microsoft account.
Any ideas where to go from here?
