I had apporximately 20 projects and they have all dissapeared. On was a school project that I had spent 3 weeks working on and the deadline is tomorrow. Not sure what has happened and I desperately need help. Can you help me today? Thanks

Do you have an icrosoft acccount logged into?

Were you signed in? If you aren’t signed in / don’t have an account, projects are stored where cookies and such are, so deleting cookies (or something like that) will delete your projects unless you made backups. Sometimes school-owned devices automatically delete those things when they update.

If you were signed into an account and the projects had that little cloud icon on them last time you saw them, which means they were correctly saved to the cloud, then make sure that you are signed back in, using the correct account (email) you were using before. If you have separate school/personal emails then try signing into the other one.

If you don’t have an account, and if this is a class with a big computer/iPad rack, make sure this is the exact device you were using before. Maybe someone put the wrong one back in your slot.

this has probably happened to other kids before, so your teacher has probably had this happen before and will hopefully be understanding. Just be honest and they will understand.
