Code stars 1: rerun

LETS DO THE RERUN!!! Previously, I hosted a game jam called Code Stars, but it didn’t work out well as I had to drop out of the forums for a while due to personal issues. WELCOME TO THE NEW CODE STARS! Let’s do it again, with a new system! There will be 3 rounds, the Starting point, the Middle point, and the End point. All coders participate in all rounds.
