too much gray, too much brown & too much black as well, only 2 shades should be good for this.
I Recommend Replacing Colors 2, 8 & 12 with different colors to be more efficient with colors, replace them how you please as i do not know which colors you should use.
(note to self: make a function where voxels can have shading)
