This is bird arena, a game where you are a bird fighting another bird! The game is multiplayer and includes 2 game modes, quick play and custom play. I will definitely add more game modes since there aren’t many options right now. You can pick between 5 elements that each have their own unique abilities!
How to play:
Left and right to turn
Up to go forward and down to go backward
A for normal attack
B for special attack
After collecting the “ultimate orb” you can press both a and b to perform an ultimate attack.
Future updates:
I’m planning to add maps and more elements. As well as a currency system to maybe buy the new elements? I will also add a gamemode called “ultimate uproar” where you can only use ultimate attacks, but you also have a lot more hp. Since I have a bit more time until the game jam actually ends I’ll try my best to fit in a couple minor updates.
How did you make the cars turn? Just wanted to know if you did it another way to how I did it If you want proof that I am not copying, here is my post of a turning car!
this games really cool! but I think the opening should use some work also you could use the browser events extension and make a sprite like a see through sprite follow your cursor then you can actually press the buttons with your cursor!
In custom, it doesnt give you the normal size and says to put a dot but when you do that it gives you only a health bar and youre invincible. Also make it so that in custom, you can choose different things for players 1 and 2, like their health can be different, their size, etc etc. And if you’re doing the Ultimate Uproar update, put the option to add it in custom too.
I’ll edit custom to tweak the size thing, and I’ll try y best to add the ultimate attack only gamemode as soon as possible since I don’t really want to add it into the custom gamemode.
Also, could you tell me how I could make the music and art better?
By the way, should I remove the time for the ultimate orb to spawn option in custom mode? And since I’m planning to add maps, I’m thinking of removing the background effects when you use some of the ultimate attacks, so I don’t have to put a long chain of if statements.
