Happy to see generative AI getting the hate it deserves. I would post multiple paragraphs like everyone else did but you guys already said all of the things and it’s not like it would help.

AI always ruins everything. Every company like EA, Gameloft, Nintendo, or even more companies use AI to reduce time and increase production (and fire artists because they are slow). But over time, their companies just fall down as many people leave the games. Like, why did EA create “NFS No Limits” with AI? Nonsense.
The company that created ChatGPT must be shut down, along with other AIs like Gemini, Claude, Grok, or even more AIs. Even Roblox—did they just change the UI to be made with AI? And also this forum: it uses AI to translate to English, proofread text, and dude, why generate Markdown tables or smart dates? So we just think AI is just trash and just a scrap of iron. We just keep moving; just avoid AI at all costs. Just don’t pay for AI upgrades; it just destroys all artists.
I had enough. Why don’t companies act like it was made in 2010, not 2026?

Ai, lets see. artificial intelligence. something that should be used for greater good, making new job opportunitys, being used in association with skill and talent, maybe even being used for cures of illnesses.
But instead its being used to ruin milions of jobs, make soulles art, ruin story, ruin animation, and ruin art. “AI” bros are the death of real art. if ai is being used as a joke (eg what if you went back in time with anything videos) thats fine. what i dont like is when its used to put artists down. and used to ruin everything. that is all. goodbye

Sorry, quick sidenote to this topic:
The concept of AI being pushed onto the students of the digitsl media course was not mentioned at all in the description. I could’ve joined band, learned saxophone, but nope, I’m just stuck here. As well as that, most of my family members are in IT, and most of them support AI, and try to make me learn it because I “have potential”
Listen VERY closely to what I say. I did not learn to code to work for a company, nor to use AI. I learned to code so that I could make my own projects by my own will, but AI has destroyed my will, among other things.
My pride will always be in creativity, not prompts. Also, AI is genuinely rotting our brains to the point that a few girls in some of my classes don’t know where Russia is.

I’ve never agreed with you before this moment. A.I. will probably never go away, though. but hopefully the people improving A.I. will begin to use it to help doctors in the medical field LIKE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO!!! A.I. SHOULDN’T BE USED TO GENERATE STUPID IMAGES AND WRITING, IT SHOULD BE USED TO HELP FIND THE GOSH DARN CURE FOR CANCER!!! also, people should stop advancing the chatbots, like HAVE YOU EVER SEEN A ROBOT APOCALYPSE MOVIE/BOOK?!?!?! YOU DON’T GIVE A.I. FEELINGS!!! IT NEVER ENDS WELL!!! also, some people just dedicate each and every day talking to a nonliving computer, and in some cases, they fall in love with it!!! A.I. You got that right. AI really is messed up. Just look at the mistakes it has done in AI art! Now it’s everywhere! INCLUDING YOUTUBE!?!?!? (It makes it less fun by putting it into ads and shorts.) It’s crazy that it’s still going on. Now there are stupid AI supercomputers still being released and built. Sure that’s nice, 2026’s AI can ACTUALLY not make mistakes, but you’re right. What if when these big AI supercomputers release, companies will buy them and use it to replace their workers. WHY DO THAT BRO!?!?!?!
Even AI’s in my room now. My Echo Show 5 has upgraded itself to this more “advanced” Alexa AI called Alexa+. Now, my Echo Show just shows stupid, messy AI art that won’t change to the original clock face I set it to! Way to go, Alexa+. And it barely recognizes my commands when I ask it.
My school’s kinda getting into the AI tools. Now they’re generating AI IMAGES FOR OUR SCHOOL. WHAT DO THEY WANT AI TO DO NOW!?!?!?!?
So, yeah. AI is the worst. Im done. It has just ruined everything for me.

Okay, I hate ai like really i can give out 27634267 ideas why ai art is the worst tool of turning art into slop,
1. stealing real artist work
okay so making slop with a click of a button is just, bad but what’s even worst then that is ai stealing real artworks, like really dude? Just why do you want to copy artworks all day long!? this is artist worst nightmare, just seeing their artwork being stolen is just straight up stealing at this point.
2. Schools are promoting ai
Okay so, AI have been used for ~1 million answers each year, and schools are using it but why do you have to run an ai to just to block useful websites like wikihow? at this point just block the entire internet dude. also, there new classes like ai art class, why just why?? why you need ai art dawg!? It’s just replacing their imagination with ai? This is just messed up dude.
3. Less Water, Expensive RAM
at this point ai is just wasting money, water, ram, and etc. Just WHY?? you just goanna waste all the water on earth by just using AI and i can believe ram prices in 2100 is goanna be like around $1m dollars.

I mean, horrible as it is, you kinda just got to accept it. AI is going to take over the world, and there’s not much you can do about it. Just face it, AI can do pretty much anything now, dozens of times faster and even better than a human would. That doesn’t mean that you should follow every major company’s bad example of, “How can I incorporate AI into my business even though it’s completely unrelated?” Whatever you make with your own hands is special, even if its quality doesn’t match with AI. AI is an interesting tool to explore, but don’t go out of your way to use it for everything you do. I never judge anyone for simply using AI. But if they use it when they simply could use Google Search for what they’re looking for, that really gets on my nerves.

I thinke we may need to slow down a little on the AI discussion - and do NOT get this twisted, i hate it with just as much passion if not more than yall do - but we probably should avoid another “use of ai on the forum” warzone situation…
(Who wouldve guessed a community made entirely of artists and programmers would push back aganist generative ai…)
