Iāve had enough.
Recently, I have been completely quiet, not posting anything and barely checking my notifications, but that isnāt the point. What I truly wanted to revive myself for was my growing disliking of AI. You see, I recently took up an elective in my school called āDigital Mediaā
Digital Media was an elective dedicated to making videos and posters for the school, and since I loved editing and wanted to help with the schoolās newscast, I joined. However, upon joining, I realized Digital Media was not what I thought it would be, and for the past few months, all weāve been learning about is AI. ALL AI.
How it would impact our future jobs, why itās āgoodā and why itās (not a direct quote but it just feels like this is being pushed onto us) āsuperior.ā We have not worked on the newscast more than ONE SINGULAR DAY!! ONLY ABOUT 2% OF OUT CURRICULUM IS ABOUT CREATIVITY!! ITS ALL JUST āUSE AI NARRATION! GENERATE A SCRIPT WITH GEMINI! HOW IS AI GOING TO BE THE ONLY WORKFORCE IN THE FUTURE?ā I CANNOT STAND IT. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I FELT PURE UNBRIDLED HATRED FOR A SIMPLE MACHINE. NOTHING BUT A WASTE OF WATER AND RAM. SHEER SCRAP, BEING ENFORCED ONTO OUR SOCIETY. I WILL DIE ON THIS HILL.
The fact is, Artificial intelligence didnāt do anything, itās really the people who support it. AI is stealing work from artists and generating it as itās own, and in the end, it doesnāt even look good. Iāve personally been just trying to find loopholes on how I wouldnāt have to use AI for my projects at school, but at this point, I donāt care if my grade is affected, Iām just going to stop using it entirely soon enough.
The A.I. bubble will pop, and soon enough, people will really appreciate the REAL artists that got us to this point.

Yes. This. I feel the exact same way. AI is disgusting, and the way companies are greedily pushing it into every little corner of their online services is so annoying. I really hope the bubble will pop and we will get back to how it used to be; I hate having to scrutinize everything to see if itās AI, Iām tired of having to deal with AI supporters and their āartā and āwritingā (neither of which is really theirs, itās disgusting that someone would be proud of themselves for asking a machine to write slop based on real peopleās hard work), Iām tired of my lazy classmates using AI for everything and getting the same grades as me (I actually put in time and effort, and have NEVER used an AI for school, or for anything else). Iām absolutely sick of everything to do with AI, its killing the internet and its killing creativity and its killing critical thinking.

absolutely not, it be a shame if I magically disappeared every day during that class, it truly be a shame
I used to like AI but its effect on earth, taking coding jobs away, driving up ram prices, AND BEING SHOVED UP MY FACE IN EVERY SINGLE CORNER OF THE INTERNET, I now hate AI and really only use it for things that can really only be done with AI (pax historia is a great example of this)
I say that AI should die, its data centers get burned down, the land gets given back to the people that it got stolen from, the ram gets sold to actual humans, every AI video gets deleted, and lawsuits begin flying against AI Companies

This is an issue! There is no better way to say it.
You spoke the absolute truth. This era of AI needs to come to an end.
Companies shove it up the face of everyone who uses the internet.
Meanwhile artists of all mediums, whether it be paint, pixels, or code, are losing their jobs.
The average person canāt afford basic computer parts because of it.
We as humans really only have 1 choice.
Seeing as talking, yelling, protesting, and everything else didnāt work, we only have 1 option left.
Stop using it!
Every MakeCoder who sees this message, and who cares about this place, who cares about the world, and who cares about the future, should stop using it!
We the people have the power to change and shape the ways of tomorrow!
WITH GOD AS MY WITNESS I ASK YOU TO HELP EVRYONE WHO STANDS FOR BASIC PRICIPLES TO FIGHT TO PROTECT THE FUTURE!!!
