Jungle Jump Skillmap Not Loading

I am a teacher and plan on using the Jungle Jump platformer skillmap in one of my classes and I have completed it in the past but it is now showing that it is not complete and when I am signed in to my account it will not load. I tested on a student device (Chromebook) and it loads just fine and when I am not signed in on my laptop (Windows) it will load but as soon as I sign in to save progress it won’t load anymore. @KIKIvsIT
