Students stuck on Loading when opening Beginner Skillmap

I have multiple students that are logged in with their Google accounts. Most have no issue, but some are stuck on “Loading” when starting the Beginner Skillmap. I’ve tried deleting cache and cookies. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. I am running a course and need my students to be able to do this work. It hasn’t been an issue in previous years. Thank you!

A few questions for debugging:

  1. Which OS & browser are the students using?
  2. Do they have any browser extensions installed?
  3. Is it the same set of students each time, or does it change? If same set, does the issue recur for the same account on a different machine?
