Skillmaps not loading

We have some students who cannot get the beginner skillmaps to load. They can click on one for example “Whack the Mole” and then select a level, it just hangs and the page won’t load. They are primarily using Chromebooks. We get the same result on different Chromebooks even after clearing all cookies/cache. We have also tried it on Windows PC’s with Chrome without success. arcade version 2.0.40
Microsoft MakeCode version 11.3.48

This is not happening for all our students - very wierd.

@billgeorge do you get the same result if accessed in an incognito/inprivate browser window?

also, if possible, would you mind opening the developer tools and taking a picture of whatever is in the console?

to open the developer tools:

  1. right click somewhere on the page
  2. choose “Inspect”
  3. click the “Console” tab in the window/pane that appears

We don’t allow the students to open incognito windows.
