Me personally, I’m just not feeling it with this current generation of the forum. As amazing as it is, I just feel out of touch with it, which is partly why I decided to leave.

It has been harder to find things with the VAST amount of new topic I just can keep uo with it and feel out of touch because of it.

Also for me so many of the people I look up to and liked have left and @personalnote leaving pushes me away form the forum even more because I loved seeing his games even if they were infrequent.

anyways I’m not leaving yet but I will properly leave as the people I love slowly leave the platform

I suppose that’s true on some level too, but it’s a shame seeing many good users leave. I don’t think this has to do with the new replacing the old, but rather users leaving due to the degrading quality of the forum.

Yeah, in addition to the hostilities that have arisen, there have been an increasing number of off-topic posts being made. (Not that an off-topic post can’t be fun and enjoyable, there’ve just been too many of them.)

That makes sense. I think the forums are just getting a bit oversaturated with less intuitive topics as of late. And definitely more so with a lot of veterans making their departures from the forums.

I don’t believe this is true. I’ve tried multiple collabs, and no one ever joins them. This may just be because I’m bad, but still. Also, I make good games! And I do put effort into them! Not only me, but @goltopaz with Hyper the Dragon, @Brainstorm_Studios with Hoplings, @AqeeAqee with his isometric extension, @TheGreenArtist with Sion The Skater! There’s so much to look forward to! And… once you see the results of this game, THIS WHOLE QUOTE WILL BE A TERRIBLE reason to leave the forums. It’s literally my masterpiece. So, again, it’s a bad idea to leave about this!

@Luke already said it here. BACKUP YOUR GAMES! It’s so easy, yet no one does it. What I do is I simply get a share link of my project and put it in a Google Doc. If a bug happens, open the share link in the Google Doc and click “Edit Code”. Do it every 15 minutes. You guys aren’t dealing with the bugs alone, I am too. It’s all about prevention, so it’s not an excuse to leave!

There are more, but I want this to get approved.

Answer: FOR PEOPLE TO SHOW OF THEIR PROJECTS.

Plus, I never said THIS WOULD BE THE REASON WHY I LEAVE. I said it’s because I’m tired of makecodes EDITOR CRASHES.

Well no DUH. I don’t trust autosave THAT MUCH to only rely on it! Every time I click the manual save and reopen a save copy after a crash, 5 seconds later IT BREAKS AGAIN. I haven’t tried saving to github yet (mainly because I didn’t have an account) but I’m 90% sure that if I do use a backup from it IT WILL CRASH EVENTUALLY.

Again, forgive me @ChimbroDaPro if I come off as aggressive, but dude. Leave me to my thoughts and opinions. I don’t give up on game engines/sites easily so If I want to stop using one: KNOW THAT I TRIED EVERY AVAILIABE OPTION TO TRY AND STAY. Saying that my reason to leave is bad won’t CHANGE how I view my situation. It takes a lot to get me miffed off so if I do, this means im SERIOUS.
