Hmmm… It gives 13 points for 1 hit. I have a feeling this is due to mario hitting the ? Block for 13 frames. Help?

Set the block’s state to already hit before awarding the point, and make it that the code only works on blocks that haven’t been hit. Try to implement this yourself and see how far you get. If you get stuck, just share your code here again for help
